Pate made from Maitake, Shiitake, and Porcini mushrooms, blended with olive oil, almonds, herbs and seasonings.

Home Grown, Home Made and a wonderful addition for appetizer served with baguette or crostini.

We also use this in Beef Remoulade, stuffed chicken breast and or a a savory filling in pastry.
